Not all of them – availability and lead time are shown for every product. A product marked “Special order” is not kept in stock: we source it only after you place your order, so the lead time is up to 8 weeks.

The lead time (preparing the order for dispatch) is shown for every product – in Business Days, in weeks or as an availability date. Transport time is added to the lead time – up to 10 Business Days (for businesses the dates are indicative). Delivery is free from PLN 200 gross basket value; below that amount it costs PLN 20 gross. For orders containing OUTLET Products a weight-based delivery charge for those products is added. The price covers kerbside delivery on a Business Day – unloading at the vehicle; carrying the goods inside is the Customer's responsibility. You always see the delivery cost in the order summary before you place the order. Rules: §3(7) of the Terms and Conditions and the Delivery Terms.

Online payments via PayU and Przelewy24 (for example BLIK, card, instant transfer – the available methods depend on the provider), bank transfer against a proforma invoice, and LeaseLink financing for businesses. Businesses receive a VAT invoice in KSeF; consumers receive the sales document by e-mail. We issue a proforma invoice for bank transfer payments – this is payment in advance; an order not paid by the date on the proforma invoice (or, if no date is given, within 7 days) is cancelled. Enter your company details in the order form.

A B2C Customer (a consumer, or a sole trader for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature) may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason – this does not apply to products made to your specification. Businesses (B2B): once the contract is concluded, there is no right of return or cancellation (§11 and §13 of the Terms and Conditions). Details: Returns and Complaints.

New devices come with a 24-month Prime Gastro Full Guarantee: for a defect covered by the guarantee we cover the parts as well as the technician's labour and travel in Poland. OUTLET products – 6 months. The conditions include installation and maintenance in accordance with the manual and, for 400 V devices, gas devices, devices without a plug and refrigeration devices with an external unit (including those requiring the refrigeration circuit to be connected or filled on site), assembly and commissioning by a qualified person (Commissioning Report). The guarantee does not cover consumable parts or Spare Parts purchased separately. B2C Customers (consumers and sole traders for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature) also have rights in respect of a lack of conformity of the goods with the contract. In the Krakow area we offer paid installation and first commissioning by our own service team – after prior contact and confirmation that we install the device concerned (not every device); the service is quoted individually. Outside Krakow we will tell you what to look out for and can point you to installation companies. Guarantee service with a technician's visit operates throughout Poland. Do not use the device and report the defect by e-mail to info@primegastro.pl or via the contact form (order number, a photograph of the rating plate, a description and photographs or a video). We start with a remote diagnosis. A claim by a B2C Customer made within the first 2 years from delivery is handled as a complaint about a lack of conformity of the goods with the contract (§9 of the Terms and Conditions), unless the customer chooses the guarantee; claims by businesses (B2B) and guarantee claims are handled under the guarantee terms (§10).
