This English version is a translation provided for information only. The Polish version is legally binding: Polish version.

1. The service

The service provider is Prime Gastro sp. z o.o., ul. Longinusa Podbipięty 66, 31-589 Kraków (KRS 0001028623). The primegastro.pl online shop makes it possible to browse the range of professional catering equipment, place and pay for orders, use the Customer Account, contact the Shop and submit requests (complaints, guarantee, withdrawal from the contract). We deliver within the territory of Poland. The rules of sale are set out in the Shop Terms and Conditions.

2. How to use the Shop

  1. Technical requirements: a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies, and an active e-mail address. We design the Shop so that it can be used with screen readers and magnification tools built into operating systems and browsers.
  2. Placing an order: add Products to the cart, enter the order and delivery details, choose the payment method, check the summary and place the order using the button “Zamawiam z obowiązkiem zapłaty” (“Order with obligation to pay”) (§3(2) of the Terms and Conditions). You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
  3. Help with ordering: if you cannot place an order on your own, contact us by phone (+48 12 444 57 57) or by e-mail (info@primegastro.pl) — we will prepare the order and send it to you by e-mail for checking and payment.
  4. Information in another form: at your request, we will provide information about a Product, an order or the Shop's documents in another form (e.g. as plain text in an e-mail or by phone).
  5. Documents: the Terms and Conditions, Returns and Complaints, Delivery Terms and the Privacy and Cookie Policy are available as web pages; the Terms and Conditions — also in PDF format.

3. How the Shop meets accessibility requirements

We design the Shop in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA (standard EN 301 549). In particular:

  • all functions of the Shop — the menu, search, filters, cart and checkout — can be operated using a keyboard, and the active element is clearly indicated;
  • pages have a declared language, an orderly heading structure and labelled form fields;
  • Product photos have alternative text, and the Product's properties are described by the text and the specifications table on the Product page;
  • the contrast of text and controls meets the WCAG 2.1 AA requirements;
  • content adapts to screen widths from 320 px and to zoom without horizontal scrolling; touch targets are of an appropriate size;
  • the checkout runs on the Shopify platform, which is designed with the WCAG 2.1 AA requirements in mind.

Last review: September 2026 — automated tests (axe-core) of the main page types on a phone and a computer, and a manual check of keyboard operation. We update this information whenever the Shop changes significantly, and at least once a year.

4. Third-party elements and content

  1. Elements provided by third-party suppliers — the LeaseLink financing widget, the Judge.me reviews widget, the cookie settings banner and the HelpCenter request form — are checked together with the rest of the Shop (section 3). Online payments are handled by the payment operators PayU and Przelewy24 on their own pages; if you cannot use them, choose a bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice. If you encounter difficulties with any of these elements, contact us — we will accept a request or an order by phone or by e-mail.
  2. Manufacturer documentation (user manuals, technical data sheets in PDF, energy labels in the form of images) and manufacturer videos are the manufacturer's content, over which we have no control — they may not be fully accessible (e.g. no document structure or captions). On request, we will provide the necessary information in another form.

5. Showroom and personal collection

The Shop's service is provided over the Internet and does not require a visit to our registered office. Personal collection is possible by arrangement, at the showroom in Kraków (ul. Longinusa Podbipięty 66), on Business Days, 8:30–16:30. The showroom is on one level: the entrance and the sales area have no steps or thresholds. There is parking by the building, but no designated space for persons with disabilities. The showroom has no toilet adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities and no induction loop. You may enter the showroom with an assistance dog. In an evacuation, our staff help persons with special needs to leave the building. We do not provide a Polish Sign Language interpreter — deaf and hard-of-hearing persons can contact us by e-mail (info@primegastro.pl) or through the HelpCenter form. If you need help with collection (e.g. information about the layout of the rooms or carrying the Product), let us know when arranging the collection.

6. Complaint about lack of accessibility

  1. A Consumer may submit a complaint about the Shop's failure to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements.
  2. A complaint contains: first name and surname; correspondence address, e-mail address or telephone number, together with an indication of the preferred means of contact; an indication of the service (or Product) concerned; an indication of the accessibility requirement that the service does not meet, together with a request that compliance with that requirement be ensured. You may also indicate your preferred way of ensuring accessibility. A complaint without this information will not be examined.
  3. How to submit a complaint:
    • in writing — in person at the showroom or by post to: Prime Gastro sp. z o.o., ul. Longinusa Podbipięty 66, 31-589 Kraków, or to the address for electronic delivery (e-Delivery) AE:PL-34901-32755-SIGHU-24;
    • orally — by phone on +48 12 444 57 57 or in person at the showroom, to be recorded in writing;
    • electronically — by e-mail to info@primegastro.pl or via the HelpCenter request form.
  4. Time limit for reply: we reply in the manner indicated in the complaint, within 30 days of receiving it. In particularly complex cases, we will inform you within that time limit of the reason for the delay and indicate a new time limit, not longer than 60 days from receipt of the complaint. If we fail to meet the time limit, the complaint is deemed to have been resolved in accordance with the request — in that case, we fulfil the request within a period not longer than 6 months from receipt of the complaint.
  5. The reply contains the outcome of the examination of the complaint and, if the complaint is not upheld — the factual and legal grounds and information on the possibility of submitting a notification to the President of the Management Board of PFRON (section 7). If the complaint is upheld, we will indicate the time limit for fulfilling the request, not longer than 6 months from the reply. The reply states the first name and surname and the position of the person giving it.

7. Notification to the President of the Management Board of PFRON

Anyone may submit to the President of the Management Board of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON) a notification that a service does not meet accessibility requirements — irrespective of whether a complaint has been submitted. The notification indicates the service, the accessibility requirement that is not met and the entity providing the service (Prime Gastro sp. z o.o.). If a complaint was submitted earlier, a copy of the complaint and of the reply, or information that no reply was given within the time limit, is attached to the notification.
