How do you select equipment for my kitchen?

We start with a short intake (loads, menu, utilities, space). We prepare 2–3 options — different CAPEX/TCO — plus a recommendation.

Do you assist with first start-up?

For selected equipment we arrange a technician or onboarding. Installation requirements are listed in product sheets and manuals.

How does curbside delivery work?

We deliver to the nearest accessible spot by the building (hardened surface). Carry-in/installation is not included by default — we can quote it separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayU, Przelewy24, cards, BLIK, bank transfer; financing with partners (e.g., Leaselink).

Do you issue electronic invoices?

Yes, we send e-invoices. Once KSeF is in force, we share invoices via the system.

What’s the standard lead time?

Lead time depends on availability and logistics; we confirm it in the order. See our Terms for details and reservations.
