• The cleaning agent is an intensive cleaning granulate for effective and easy cleaning of fryers.

Instructions for use

• May cause corrosion of metals

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes and prevent inhalation of vapors.

• Drain the frying oil, close the drain valve and fill the fryer with clean water to the standard level.

• 20 to 50g Granules per liter of water (2 to 5%) added

• Temperature of 95 °C set, turn on the fryer and allow 10 ms to 30 ms to enter into force

• Allow the dirty solution to cool and drain, then remove any residue with a soft cloth or kitchen paper.

• Rinse twice with clean, hot water and allow to air dry.
