After purchase – step by step

  1. Receiving the delivery – check the number and condition of the packages before you sign the delivery document. Describe visible damage or losses in a damage report drawn up with the carrier and take photographs.
  2. Keep the invoice – when reporting a problem you will give the order number, the model and the serial number (a photo of the rating plate).

What does the Full Guarantee cover and what not?
For 24 months we remedy a defect covered by the guarantee without charging for parts, labour or the technician's travel in Poland. Conditions include installation and maintenance in line with the manual. The guarantee does not cover consumables and wear parts (e.g. seals, bulbs, filters), spare parts bought separately or services such as installation and commissioning. B2C Customers (consumers and sole traders for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature) also have rights in respect of a lack of conformity of the goods with the contract. Terms: §10 of the Terms and Conditions.
