- Made in Japan
- The FRIODUR® blade is made of highly sharpened FC61 steel with double ice hardening and embossed MIYABI logo
- Double-sided ground blade with Japanese profile and very sharp Honbazuke trigger
- Octagonal pakka wood handle with mosaic tang and padding - for safety and comfort in traditional Japanese style
- Each blade is hand ground to a very sharp angle of 9.5° to 12°.
