Good to know: The special Robax glass, which is located in front of the heating elements, prevents burnt and unburnt gases (NO, CO, CO2) from reaching the food during the baking process. It also ensures indirect grilling, which results in even browning and optimal heat distribution in the food. Thanks to the special Robax glass, it is not possible to char the meat.
