After purchase – step by step

  1. Delivery on a pallet (97 kg gross) – unloading at the vehicle (loading ramp or forklift; a vehicle with a tail lift – to be arranged before ordering, paid service); carrying in, setting up and removing the pallet are on your side. On receipt, check the number and condition of the packages before you sign the delivery document. Describe visible damage or losses in a damage report drawn up with the carrier and take photographs.
  2. Prepare the space and connections – 1 000 × 800 × 910 mm, 86,30 kg net.
  3. Keep the invoice – when reporting a problem you will give the order number, the model and the serial number (a photo of the rating plate).

How to report a fault

  • Give the order or invoice number, the model (ASK108#FKPGT108) and the serial number – a photo of the rating plate is easiest.
  • Describe the fault and attach photos or a short video – for appliances with a display, also the error code.
  • Remote diagnosis first, then a technician if needed.

Questions and answers

What does the Full Guarantee cover and what not?
For 24 months we remedy a defect covered by the guarantee without charging for parts, labour or the technician's travel in Poland. Conditions include installation and maintenance in line with the manual. The guarantee does not cover consumables and wear parts (e.g. seals, bulbs, filters), spare parts bought separately or services such as installation and commissioning. B2C Customers (consumers and sole traders for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature) also have rights in respect of a lack of conformity of the goods with the contract. Terms: §10 of the Terms and Conditions.
How do I order a part that is not on the list?
Send an enquiry using the “Ask about a part” form on this page: give the model, the serial number from the rating plate and a description of the part or the item number from the technical drawing. You can also write to info@primegastro.pl or call 12 444 57 57 (Business Days 8:30–16:30).
What does delivery on a pallet look like?
Pallet delivery is kerbside: unloading at the vehicle – you need a loading ramp or a forklift; arrange a vehicle with a tail lift with us before placing the order (paid service).
