- Made in Japan
- CRYODUR® ice-hardened blades are exceptionally sharp, corrosion-resistant and feature the best flexibility.
- Blade core made of CMV60 steel embedded in 64 layers of stainless steel: this steel is particularly hard and durable and is the basis for exceptional sharpness and edge retention.
- The double-sided blade with an ultra-sharp Honbazuke grind provides incredible sharpness. Each blade is hand-ground at an angle of 9.5° to 12°
- Dimensionally stable and easy-care Micarta handle with an elegant wood look, made of a multi-layer material of synthetic resin and linen, combined with stainless steel.
- Traditional "D-handle" with unique design provides balanced balance and fatigue-free cutting.
- The knife was made in the Japanese center of sword and knife production Seki. It is a combination of Japanese beauty and sharpness
