After purchase – step by step

  1. Delivery on a pallet (133 kg gross) – unloading at the vehicle (loading ramp or forklift; a vehicle with a tail lift – to be arranged before ordering, paid service); carrying in, setting up and removing the pallet are on your side. On receipt, check the number and condition of the packages before you sign the delivery document. Describe visible damage or losses in a damage report drawn up with the carrier and take photographs.
  2. Prepare the space and connections – 685 × 720 × 1 690 mm, 124 kg net; water: connection 3/4"; drain 1 3/4"; power supply according to the rating plate and the manual.
  3. Installation and first start-up by a qualified person, confirmed by a Commissioning Report – a condition of the guarantee. Commissioning Report template (PDF)
  4. Have the water connection made by an installer and keep their report or invoice.
  5. Keep the invoice and the Commissioning Report – when reporting a problem you will give the order number, the model and the serial number (a photo of the rating plate).

How to report a fault

  • Give the order or invoice number, the model (TSS56) and the serial number – a photo of the rating plate is easiest.
  • Describe the fault and attach photos or a short video – for appliances with a display, also the error code.
  • If the appliance required a Commissioning Report, attach it.
  • Remote diagnosis first, then a technician if needed.

Questions and answers

Do I have to have installation and commissioning done by a technician?
Yes – for this appliance, installation and first commissioning must be carried out by a person with the required qualifications and confirmed by a Commissioning Report; without the Report the appliance is not covered by the guarantee. You can have this done by your own qualified installer or – in the Krakow area – by our service team or an external service provider we work with: after prior contact and confirmation that we install this particular appliance, as a paid service according to a quote. Terms: §10 of the Terms and Conditions.
What does the Full Guarantee cover and what not?
For 24 months we remedy a defect covered by the guarantee without charging for parts, labour or the technician's travel in Poland. Conditions include installation and maintenance in line with the manual. The guarantee does not cover consumables and wear parts (e.g. seals, bulbs, filters), spare parts bought separately or services such as installation and commissioning. B2C Customers (consumers and sole traders for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature) also have rights in respect of a lack of conformity of the goods with the contract. Terms: §10 of the Terms and Conditions.
