Attention

• Always cool metal trays to 88˚C for 30-60 seconds before placing them in or on the Ultra Camcart.

• The best results are obtained at a temperature between 82 °C and 88 °C.

• Loading metal food trays at temperatures above 121°C may damage the container or cart.
