Yes, we issue a VAT invoice for every order. A proforma invoice is automatically issued when you choose to pay by traditional bank transfer. You can enter your company details in the form when placing your order.
Yes, in-person pickup is available in Krakow by prior arrangement. Not all products are available locally, so please contact us in advance.

We offer very competitive prices on most products, so we can't offer significant discounts. However, we do try to offer a favorable offer for every purchase if the customer contacts us.
Of course, we fulfill orders for institutions, grant projects, and various types of financing. We serve individual clients (B2C), companies (B2B), and the public sector.
We offer assembly, installation, and inspection of equipment upon prior arrangement (paid service). We provide technical support after purchase – we have our own technicians and a network of trusted partners. All products have the certifications required by the European Union. If you require detailed documentation, such as a certificate of conformity, please contact us.
A 24-month warranty covers all "New" products. Spare parts are not covered by the warranty, but OUTLET products have a detailed description in the product data sheet.
