Question about a product or an offer

Every product page has an “Ask about the product” link – it opens a form with the product name and SKU filled in. You can also call us: +48 12 444 57 57 (Business Days 8:30–16:30).

Fault, complaint, guarantee

Do not use the appliance. Write to info@primegastro.pl or use the form: order or invoice number, model and serial number (a photo of the rating plate), a description of the fault and photos or a video. We start with a remote diagnosis. Describe any transport damage in a damage report drawn up with the carrier on receipt (businesses report it within 24 hours).

Spare parts and manuals

You can buy spare parts for GGM appliances in our shop: the spare parts tab on the appliance page or the parts search by model. Manuals and technical drawings are among the downloads on the product page.

Delivery and lead time

The lead time is shown next to every product and in the cart. The rules for courier and pallet delivery (kerbside unloading) are described in the Delivery Terms.

Showroom and collection in person

The showroom in Krakow (Longinusa Podbipiety 66) is open on Business Days 8:30–16:30 – no appointment needed. Collecting an order in person – after agreeing the date, because the goods are shipped from the central warehouse.
