Gyutoh for cooking enthusiasts
- Made in Japan
- CRYODUR®Blade hardened in a specially developed process (including ice hardening at -196° C), which ensures extremely high hardness.
- A core of extremely hard MicroCarbide MC63 powder steel is surrounded by two successive layers of steel that are hammer-processed, known as Tsuchime in Japanese
- Double-edged blade with Japanese blade profile and ultra-sharp Honbazuke trigger. Each blade is hand-ground to an angle of 9.5° to 12°
- Dimensionally stable Pakka Wood handle - with a specially developed shape - ensures excellent balance, high comfort and fatigue-free cutting with all cutting techniques; elegant appearance with dark wood and stylish end cap
- The knife was made in the Japanese center of sword and knife production Seki. It is a combination of Japanese beauty and sharpness
