Information

• Bellado Pepper Coast is a harmonious coffee with notes of dark chocolate and hazelnuts, with a balanced body and low acidity. A delight for lovers of mild coffees.

• The coffee beans are roasted in a gentle drum process for 16-18 minutes, allowing the coffee flavour to fully develop in the original Italian stone oven. The roast curve increases slowly at a rate of 6 to 8°C per minute, reaching a temperature of 215°C. No additives are used and the beans are air-cooled for 5 minutes after the long roast.

Crop areas

• Brazil has been the largest coffee producer for over 150 years and is known for its high-quality Arabica beans. Robusta beans come from Kerala, India, famous for its monsoon Malabar coffee. The Tarrazu region in Costa Rica produces clean, sweet, light-bodied coffee. Guatemala offers a variety of coffees, from sweet and fruity to heavy and chocolatey.
